Accepted Insurance Plans

 

Silverlining Psychiatry works with a range of major insurance plans to make high‑quality psychiatric care more accessible for adults in San Diego. If you see your plan listed below, you can typically use your in‑network benefits for evaluation and ongoing treatment.

 

How to confirm your coverage

Most patients can schedule directly without a referral. Coverage details vary by insurer and employer group, and our team can help you verify benefits and estimate your out‑of‑pocket costs before your first appointment.

 

Plans we accept

The following insurance plans are currently accepted for outpatient psychiatric care.

  • Anthem Blue Cross

  • BlueCross BlueShield

  • Blue Shield of California

  • Cigna

  • UnitedHealthcare / Optum

  • UMR

  • Sharp Health Plan

  • TRICARE

 

We unfortunately do not accept Medi‑Cal at this time.

 

If your plan isn’t listed you may still be able to use out‑of‑network benefits or cash pay. Many patients receive partial reimbursement from their insurer using a superbill.
